Home to the Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts programs, the Mountwest Center for Culinary Arts is a 14,000-square foot facility equipped with a USDA approved kitchen, an FDA approved kitchen, several walk-in coolers and freezers, blast chiller, bottle filling line and two general purpose classrooms.
