Purchasing and Solicitations

The Office of Business Services is responsible for the acquisition of all goods and services that enhance and support the educational mission of the College while in compliance with State Code and College Governance purchasing regulations. The Office provides assistance to each College department with the procurement process to ensure that quality goods and/or services are procured from appropriate resources at the lowest possible cost.

The procurement process includes but is not limited to the development of Request for Proposals (RFP) and the bidding and solicitation thereof, requisitioning for goods and/or services, vendor registrations and fixed asset inventory.
