The Mountwest Student Laptop Program applications are available using the form below. Verification of eligibility will begin before the semester begins and students will be contacted to schedule a pickup time. 

Students will receive a copy of the Mobile Computing Device Program guidelines and sign a Mobile Computing Device Program Agreement.
