These resources are available to Mountwest employees looking to create materials for class, presentations, and more. All materials provided are to aid employees in their work; however, please use the form below to submit official requests to the Communications & Marketing team should you need assistance.
Due to the multitude of projects occuring at once, we must have at least a 2 week notice of any requests, accompanied with complete request forms. Requests made without the 2 week notice will not be fulfilled. For larger projects, we may need more advance notice.
No. The marketing and communications budget is strategically invested each year. Employees are free to use the resources on this page to order bags, pens, cups, and other materials for their departmental use with approval of their supervisor and budget manager; however we will not order or supply these materials except under special circumstances.
Yes. In general, we can help design and produce these materials, however costs for materials that are not for recruiting of new students, or marketing, will not be supported by this department’s budget. Your department must support the costs of items that are not used for recruiting and marketing, with the approval of your supervisor and budget manager. Examples of items in which we can produce (and sometimes, order), but not be covered by the marketing budget include: stationary requests, business cards, name tags, print materials for internal promotion of services, “swag” for external groups such as advisory committees, clothing for current student initiatives or groups, and others.
Special requests may be made to the VP of Institutional Advancement for consideration, and may be approved on a case by case basis.
Yes, the college has a marketing plan, with strategically budgeted and timed initiatives. Due to this, requests that do not fit the plan may be denied.
