MyMCTC is our one-stop area for all Mountwest students, faculty and staff. Click on one of the portal options below to enter the system.
When logging into the portal, your username will be the first part of your MCTC email address. First-time students will receive their initial account password from their academic advisor.
Example: Monty1@mctc.edu | The username for this account is: Monty1
Students can:
- Register for Classes
- View Course Schedules
- View Grades, Transcripts
- View/Accept Financial Aid
- View Account Summary/Make Payments
Faculty can:
- View Course Rosters
- Enter Grades
- Track Attendance
- Visit DegreeWorks
- Enter/Track Early Alerts
All staff members will use the faculty portal to access the self-service pages.
If you forgot your password, please navigate to the portal login page to use the self-service password reset utility or please click here. If you are still having issues afterwards, please contact the Mountwest IT Help Desk at 304-710-3470 or by submitting a support ticket here under the MyMCTC option.
