Her twenty years of clinical experience includes outpatient orthopedics, long-term care, and pediatric/geriatric rehabilitation. She practices clinically for Genesis Rehab Services at Woodlands Retirement Community. Kelly is the Coordinator of Clinical Education and has sixteen years of full time academic experience as a clinical director & professor. She currently serves as faculty council President and is actively involved in institutional general education program assessment.
WV & OH licensed as a Physical Therapist and certified as a Credentialed Clinical Instructor by the American Physical Therapy Association. Professional service includes WV State Delegate to the APTA House of Delegates and member of the WVPTA Education Committee, member of the State Research Committee. Being a native of the region, Kelly understands the needs of the community and has established a very positive rapport with the clinical facilities which will foster the continued growth of the programs clinical resources.

Adelle has 21+ years of clinical experience having worked in numerous settings including acute care, home health and skilled nursing. She has seen many patients over the years with a variety of conditions with areas of emphasis in critical care areas (cardiac) and vestibular disorders. She is a graduate of our program and has been adjunct faculty in the program since the fall of 2019.
Adelle is a licensed PTA in the state of WV and holds an inactivate one in the state of KY. She is a member of the APTA and a credentialed CI by the APTA.
Having practiced in the field as a PTA for the last 21 years Adelle understands the education and communication skills needed for the career. Her insight in to current clinical knowledge will enhance the students learning experience as she continues to work on a PRN basis in a local hospital.
